Infiniti has been blessed with many award-winning designs, including the Infiniti M45 of 2009. There are two trim levels to the M45, including Base and X. The Base version is one of the more popular options. Like in 2008 the popular 4.5 liter has made this a popular choice for sedan buyers around the world.

Performance

The M45 Base is equipped with a Nissan 4.5 liter eight-cylinder engine that utilizes 32 valves. The engine is mated to a Jatco 5-speed Transmission. This configuration has proven to be a successful design for Infiniti.

The M45 uses power-assisted brakes, with 4-Wheel ABS support. The front brakes are disc while the rear brakes are disc. Steering is handled through a power-steering rack-style configuration. The car uses coil and coil springs front and rear respectively.

The fuel system for the 2009 M45 is a traditional SFI, running on gasoline fuel. The fuel is controlled by an electronic system and is a fuel-injected MFI design. The capacity of the fuel tank is 12 gallons.

M45 Base Statistics
