Acura Integra

The 2001 Integra is an important vehicle to Acura for the hatchback market segment. The Type R is a member of a series of four trim levels for the Integra which include GS-R, LS, and Type R. The three-door car with its front-wheel drive is positioned to aggressively fill this niche for Acura. There is strong competition from vehicles from Nissan.
